Fresh FishAlmost all of the fish served at the Pridwin Hotel is caught by owner Richard Petry and son Gregg Petry in the waters around Shelter Island and off Montauk. Fish that you will routinely find as an evening special on the hotel menu include inshore favorites such as weakfish, fluke, flounder, bluefish and bass. The famous Pridwin tuna burger, and tuna steaks served at dinner and at the Pridwin barbeque are typically caught by the Petrys on their weekly off-shore fishing trips, when they may also add mahi-mahi, mako, swordfish, cod fish and wahoo to the fish of the day special. |
