Single Rate: Breakfast Plan:$30 less than the daily rate for two people; Breakfast and Dinner Plan:$55 less than the daily rate for two people.

Family Rates: For families of more than four people, available on request.

Accommodations: Most hotel rooms hold two people comfortably. A limited number of rooms can accommodate up to four people. Our cottages can accommodate four or more people. All accommodations have Air Conditioning and Television.

Meal Plans: The "Breakfast Plan" rates include a full buffet breakfast each morning, served in our dining room. The "Breakfast & Dinner Plan" include both the buffet breakfast and a full dinner from our regular dining room menu. You must choose only one plan for your entire stay, prior to, or at the time of your arrival. Dinner is available to "Breakfast Plan" guests at regular menu prices. Lunch is available to all guests at regular menu prices.

Weekday Special: For guests reserving 3 consecutive weekdays, the fourth weekday will be free. Specifically, reserve Sun, Mon, Tues, and stay Weds at no charge; or reserve Mon, Tue, Wed, and stay Thurs at no charge. This package does not apply to any weeks that have a holiday.

Weekly Special: For each reservation of 7 days or longer, the weekday rate will be applied to the entire stay, and for each 7 day period, one day will be at no charge.

Holiday Weekends: July 4th and Labor Day, minimum of 4 days; weekend rate applies to ALL days. Memorial Weekend, 3-day package including meals, see above for details.

Weekend Reservations: Minimum 2 day weekend stay. Weekend rate applies to Thurs on a 2 day Thurs to Sat reservation, and to Sun on a 2 day Sat to Mon reservation.

Pets: We do not permit pets at the hotel.

Gratuities and Sales Tax are not included in the above rates. We suggest the following gratuity schedule: 15% for dining room and bar waitstaff, and $1.00 per person per day for housekeeping staff.
